Booking must include set up and clean up time! - Staff will always be on site to assist setting up if needed, however, staff will not be responsible for cleaning up at the end of the session - the customer is.
Heads up! Our staff will give the rental a 10 minutes heads up prior to their rental ending. Overtime Charge: Priced at the same rate as half an hour after 15-minute grace period (in either studio)
Each person attending the booking will have to fill out this waiver.
We allow a grace period of 15 minutes tardiness with notice!
Without notice, then the room is given to the next person on the waitlist if any.
Customer is allowed to finish their full slot if there is no booking following your paid slot.
If customer has that room booked after your slot, we can not allow you to finish your full slot. Missed time can not be moved to your next rental.
All studios DO have security systems set in place for customer safety reasons. Your safety is our priority.
By signing this agreement, I hereby release La Bodega Dance Studio, its owners, instructors, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, or demands regarding photo/video release.
All photographs and/or videos shot in La Bodega Dance Studio will be credited.
Failure to, will result in breach of contract and no future bookings will be accepted.
Full refund if canceled 1 day in advance.
No refund or credits if canceled same day.
Damage to Property: Customer is liable for all damages (including floors, walls, mirrors, equipment) hence the deposit.
Cleanup: Studio must be left in original condition - $30 cleaning fee, if violated, to required card on file.
Supervision: Renter is responsible for all attendees (minors must be supervised).
Customer acknowledges dance/physical activities carry injury risks.
Customer waives claims against La Bodega Dance Studio for injuries unless caused by gross negligence.
Customer agrees to cover legal costs if sued due to their event.
No smoking, vapes, THC pens, cigarettes.
No food or drinks. ONLY WATER! NO COFFEE!
No alcohol without proper permits.
No illegal substances.
No adhesives, any adhesives on walls, such as tape or decorations, without approval from the studio; otherwise, charges will apply
No degrading language used in class or towards students/attendees in any type of way.
No screaming or loud noises.
This agreement is governed by Illinois law. Disputes will be resolved in Cook County courts.
