Service Description
Join us at La Bodega Dance Studio for our BEG. Heels dance class designed to shed knowledge on how to master the fundamental elements. Our passionate and experienced instructors will guide you through each step, ensuring you feel empowered and inspired. All classes have a 15 minute filming block at the end, this is optional. Meaning the class duration is only 1.5 hours long.
Studio Policy Agreement
I understand that dance involves physical activity and inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, muscle strains, sprains, and other injuries. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in classes, rehearsals, performances, or events at La Bodega Dance Studio. I hereby release La Bodega Dance Studio, its owners, instructors, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, or demands arising from injury, illness, or damage sustained while participating in any activities at the studio. Health & Medical Disclaimer - I confirm that I am in good physical condition and have consulted a physician if necessary before participating. I agree to inform the instructor of any medical conditions or limitations that may affect my ability to dance safely. In case of an emergency, I authorize La Bodega Dance Studio to seek medical treatment for myself (or my child, if applicable). I accept responsibility for any medical expenses incurred. Studio Rules & Conduct - We expect students to treat others with respect and equality. Students must not disrupt class or put others down. I agree to follow all studio rules and instructions from staff. Failure to do so may result in removal from class without refund. Studio must be left in original condition, please take all belongings. Cancellation/Tardy Policy - I understand that: Cancelled classes by instructors will result in a full refund. No refunds will be given for missed/no show classes or cancelling your ticket within 12 hrs. We do not accept students 15 minutes late to class. Class must be paid for in advance - cash or card. Student Responsibilities - I agree to be financially responsible for any intentional or negligent damage caused by myself (or my child) to the studio’s property, including but not limited to: Mirrors, floors, walls, or sound equipment. Furniture or waiting areas. Any other studio-owned materials or facilities. Photo/Video Release - I hereby release La Bodega Dance Studio, its owners, instructors, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, or demands regarding photo/video release. I understand that my participation in any classes will have a optional filming block for those that want content filmed. This in efforts to stop any unwanted media from being publicized without customer knowledge. La Bodega Dance Studio is NOT responsible for any media that any other student posts. No smoking, alcohol, food, or outside shoes!
