Service Description
Studio A is our signature space, featuring high ceilings and portable mirrors, perfect for rehearsals, privates, and auditions. Starting at $90/hr on Weekends and $100/hr on Weekdays, with a capacity for up to 35 attendees, this space is ideal for large visuals, video/photoshoots, or professionally filmed projects! Check out our "Add-On's" tab where you can choose any desired rental equipment. Amenities Include: - 6 Moveable Full Body Mirrors - 19 Foot Arched Ceiling - 1 Speaker - 2 Umbrellas - 3 C-Stands (No weights) - 1 Honeycomb Grid - 2 Extension Cords - Dimmable Track Lighting by Dimmer Switch and iPad - Overhead Lighting + Natural Daylight - Fan Included (Not Pictured) - Free Parking (Check the Parking Info tab on our Website) - 2 Storage Lockers - Free Wi-fi - All Gender Bathroom - Front Desk Staff on Site At All Times
Studio Policy Agreement
I, a customer at La Bodega Dance Studio, agree to the following terms to keep my contract in place. Signing this contract will confirm that I have read and agreed to the terms and agreements listed below, and I am aware that if I violate these terms, my contract will be terminated, and I will not be allowed to return to La Bodega. Rental Specifics - Booking must include set up and clean up time! - Staff will always be on site to assist setting up if needed, however, staff will not be responsible for cleaning up at the end of the session - the customer is. Overtime Charge: $1 per minute after 5 minutes grace period. Each person attending the booking will fill out this waiver or there will be no entry. Tardy Policy - We allow a grace period of 15 minutes tardiness with notice! Without notice, then the room is given to the next person on the waitlist. Customer is allowed to finish their full slot if there is no booking following your rental. If customer has that room booked after your slot, we can not allow you to finish your full slot. Missed time can not be moved to your next rental. Media Release - All studios do have security cameras for customer safety reasons. Your safety is our priority. By signing this agreement, I hereby release La Bodega Dance Studio, its owners, instructors, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, or demands regarding photo/video release. All photographs and/or videos shot in La Bodega Dance Studio will be credited. Cancellation Policy - Full refund if canceled 2 days in advance. $30 charge if canceled 24 hours before in Studio A. $12.50 charge if canceled 24 hours before in Studio B. No refund for same day cancellations. Emergency cancellations receive full refunds with proof of documentation and time stamps. (i.e. car accidents, hospitalization) Renter Responsibilities - Damage to Property: Customer is liable for all damages hence the deposit. Cleanup: Studio must be left in original condition - $30 cleaning fee if violated. Supervision: Renter is responsible for all attendees (minors must be supervised). Liability Waiver - Customer acknowledges dance/physical activities carry injury risks. Customer waives claims against La Bodega Dance Studio for injuries unless caused by gross negligence. Customer agrees to cover legal costs if sued due to their event. Prohibited Activities - No smoking, vapes, THC pens, cigarettes. No food or drinks. ONLY WATER! NO COFFEE! No alcohol! No adhesives!
