Service Description
Join us at La Bodega Dance Studio for our monthly battle sessions with a 7-to-smoke format for our amateur and pro bracket. Both brackets will have 7 dancers facing 1 opponent, first to 7 wins or the dancer with the most wins before the time ends wins bragging rights and a $50 for each bracket winner.

Studio Policy & Photoshoot Waiver
By entering or participating in any event, class, rehearsal, workshop, performance, or rental at La Bodega Dance Studio, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal and permanent denial of future entry. Assumption of Risk I understand that dance and physical activities involve inherent risks, including injury. I voluntarily assume all risks related to my participation or presence in the studio. Liability Waiver I release La Bodega Dance Studio, its owners, staff, instructors, and affiliates from any claims, injuries, losses, or damages arising from my attendance or participation, except in cases of gross negligence. I understand the studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Media Release I acknowledge the presence of security cameras for safety. I grant permission for photos or videos taken on the premises to be used for promotional or archival purposes without compensation. Credit may be given but is not guaranteed. Studio Rules & Prohibited Items No smoking, vaping, THC pens, cigarettes, or alcohol. No food or drinks. Water only. No coffee. No adhesives, tapes, sprays, or substances that may damage floors or walls. Violations may result in immediate removal without refund. Conduct & Supervision All attendees must behave respectfully. Disruptive or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated. Adults are responsible for themselves. Minors must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. Property Damage Any damage caused by me or my party may result in financial responsibility for repairs or replacement. Waiver Requirement & Right to Refuse Entry All attendees must sign this waiver to enter. La Bodega Dance Studio reserves the right to refuse service or remove any individual who violates policies or compromises safety. Indemnification I agree to indemnify and hold harmless La Bodega Dance Studio from any claims or legal costs arising from my actions during any event. Acknowledgment By signing, I confirm I am 18 years or older, or my parent/guardian has signed on my behalf, and I agree to all terms listed above. Any attendees have to have a parent or guardian over the age of 18 if attendees are under the age of 18 years old.
