Studio rental already included. Only 1 look/outfit for all of the team. 10 lightly retouched photos, no raw photos included. No revisions allowed, only extra retouches at an extra charge. Turnaround: 5-10 business days. You can choose between our beige or blue fabric backdrop. After the shoot, we will send over a link with anywhere from 25 photos for you to look over and choose the final 10 photos that will be lightly retouched. Please come on time; reservations are an hour each, meaning that we aren't able to extend studio time. 1-2 day rescheduling will be accepted at no cost, whereas same-day rescheduling will incur a $25 fee. Outfits and makeup should be done BEFORE arriving; we do allow 15 minutes at the beginning of the shoot for members to use our bathroom to change or do makeup touch-ups. You can let us know if you'll be needing to book our Studio B (our smaller, more private studio) for your team to dress, change, or leave their belongings, and it will come out at a discounted price! All team members must sign oour studio waiver, under "Waivers" on our website!

I, a customer at La Bodega Dance Studio, agree to the following terms to keep my contract in place. Signing this contract will confirm that I have read and agreed to the terms and agreements listed below, and I am aware that if I violate these terms, my contract will be terminated, and I will not be allowed to return. Certain situations will potentially become a legal matter if need be. Outfit and makeup should be done BEFORE arriving; we do allow 15 minutes at the beginning of the shoot for you to use our bathroom to change or do makeup touch-ups. You can let us know if you'll be needing to book our Studio B (our smaller, more private studio) for you to dress, change, or leave your belongings, and it will come out at a discounted price! All customers must sign our studio waiver. Tardy/Rescheduling Policy We allow a grace period of 15 minutes of tardiness with notice! Please come on time; reservations are an hour each, meaning that we aren't able to extend studio time if client is late. Rescheduling 1-2 days prior to shoot will be accepted at no cost, whereas same-day rescheduling will be a $25 fee to the card on file. Please email at labodegadancestudio@gmail.com or text us at 773-386-3144 to give a heads up! Missed time can not be moved to your next photoshoot. Cancellation Policy If cancelled a day or more in advance, there will be no penalty, and we'll discuss more details on rescheduling, but a $25 cancellation fee will be incurred if canceled the same day to the card on file. Media Release By signing this agreement, I hereby release La Bodega Dance Studio, its owners, instructors, employees, and affiliates from all claims, liabilities, or demands regarding photo/video release, meaning La Bodega can use photos for studio or photoshoot promotion purposes. The Studio AND Photographer must be credited in all photos Failure to, will result in breach of contract and no future bookings will be accepted. Damage to Property: Customer is liable for all damages (including floors, walls, mirrors, equipment) hence the mandatory card on file. Studio will charge card on file is necessary after doing our due diligence. Back Room Cleanup: If booking Studio B with your shoot it must be left in original condition - $25 cleaning fee if violated. Please ask the front desk for cleaning supplies if need be.
